Dr. Cooley is a 4th generation South Dakotan, growing up on a ranch near Springfield. He is a graduate of SDSU and the Univ. of Nebr. School of Dentistry (1976). David received his master’s degree in Prosthodontics from the Univ. of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio in 1990 and was assigned to Ellsworth AFB in the early 1990’s. After his Air Force retirement in 2003, he returned to Rapid City. He was employed with the Soderstrom Implant practice where he increased his expertise and proficiency in numerous implant systems. After its closure in 2009 he opened his present office in November of 2009. During his leisure time, he is an avid hunter and is currently assisting his wife Maia in renovating their 1970’s era house. David and Maia are also active gardeners and agate hunters.

Has been working at Cooley Prosthetic Dentistry since April 2010. Jessica enjoys getting to know the patients, their families and providing the best customer service possible. She is a native of Rapid City where she is married and raising two children. Her favorite part of her job is seeing the before and after results of the patient treatment-it’s just “amazing”.

Has her dental assisting certificate from the Kadena Air Force Base Dental Assistant training program. She has been awarded the Dental Assistant Radiology Course Certificate from Western Dakota Technology. She loves meeting new people and her favorite part of her job is taking care of patients the same way that she would want to be treated. She also enjoys assisting Dr. Cooley and seeing all the interesting things that a prosthodontist does. In her free time, she enjoys baking and cooking for her family and friends. She was born and raised in the Phillipines. Her Husband is in the USAF and is assigned to Ellsworth AFB.
